I took my Ford Ranger there for an oil change and general service. Had it back in 2hrs. Noticed a wheel nut cap missing a couple days later, on one of the rear wheels. Dropped in to show them. They ordered a replacement same day and contacted me to drop in again the next morning for them to change. Love that different team members knew exactly who I was and why I was there.
