Customer Reviews
What our happy customers say
-
Customer service is just awesome. As a single mum who doesn’t know a thing about cars, I googled the closest mechanic and I don’t regret it at all. I’ll be recommending you to my friends and family.
-
I had a dual battery system installed in my Prado for my fridge, plus a low-voltage cut-out for the 12V sockets. Great service and price. A+
-
Evektus fixed the issue with my car when multiple auto electricians couldn’t. I only waited a couple of days for the part and it was all sorted. They even shined my tyres and made my car smell nice. Highly recommend!
-
The booking process was painless and pre-service communication was excellent. They sent videos of the issues found and didn’t pressure me into immediate repairs. Awesome follow-up after the service too.
-
Meggie at reception handled everything excellently, and Matt, the chief mechanic, carried out my vehicle’s requirements properly. I’d recommend Evektus to anyone wanting a vehicle service.
-
Evektus is brilliant. Easy-going staff who know exactly what they’re doing. My V10 had been off the road for 15 months because other mechanics couldn’t find the issue. Evektus took less than a day. It goes like a new car.
-
Highly skilled and a pleasure to work with. They were the only ones who could repair the hydraulic levellers on my motorhome. I’d recommend Stewart, Mark and the team 100%.
-
Great service. Matt takes the time to explain the problems and the work done.
-
I had a new solar fit-out done in my campervan. Very reasonable and done promptly. When the unit itself had a problem, Mark and Seth sorted out a replacement and got me back on the road. Full marks all round.
-
After being unhappy with the assembly-line treatment elsewhere, I found Evektus and what a world of difference. Friendly, helpful service, fast and efficient work, and a video of how my car was going before any work began. It’s a well-run business that actually delivers on customer service. Matt was very friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be going back.
-
Evektus has been absolutely lovely. They keep you in the loop in plain English, with quotes and timelines for my Mini Cooper. One of the few shops that will go to any length to help. Would absolutely recommend.
-
Matt and his team have serviced my vehicle for a few years now. Service and communication have been excellent, and they even send updates with videos. My Mini needed spare parts and they had them within a week.
